Great Show!
Worth the download to say the least. I am like many of the 60's and 70's folks that don't stray too far in the 80's at all...well this one is well worth
...
it. Many highlights or songs that are just fun regardless of flaws/flubs/fumbles...Jack Straw (delightful upbeat tempo but not too fast and sung with passion), Bird Song (just perfect), Let it grow (Bobby sings really well and the song has a wonderful light feel while it still pounds out power and strength (who cares about missed chords and notes, etc), Deal (hate to sound like a broken record but again they really played these tunes at tempos that feel so right to me), Stella Blue (WOW (as usual)), Love the sound of Jerry's voice during this whole show and Terrapin Station is no exception, I'm not a fan of Sailor/Saint but this is executed just perfect and the audience really digs it!, voices and harmonies still kicking butt even by the end, Brokedown Palace is another stellar example. Wow, I love this great 81 show!
